CRB Vision LLC offers event planning, coordination, design, and vendor sourcing services. Our goal is to help you bring your vision to life with seamless execution and professional expertise.
2. Payments and Deposits
Clients are required to submit a deposit to secure services. Final payments must be completed by the agreed deadline. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be issued for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event date.
4. Liability
CRB Vision LLC is not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, vendor issues, or venue disruptions.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information and be available for scheduled meetings. Failure to do so may result in delayed planning and service limitations.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal proceedings.
